The old version of Ivory Holistic’s website had several issues that made it difficult for users to engage with the brand and take action. The layout was cluttered and inconsistent, blending e-commerce elements (shop, products) with unrelated content like event listings and booking copy that seemed out of place. Navigation lacked a clear hierarchy, making it hard for visitors to quickly find what they came for, whether products, services, or contact info. Some sections (like widgets on upcoming events) failed to load properly, leading to a poor user experience. Combined with mixed messaging around services and products, these problems reduced clarity and trust—ultimately limiting conversions and customer satisfaction.

Clean typography and consistent design elements improved readability and visual flow, while thoughtful imagery reinforced authenticity and care. Together, these choices produced a cohesive, serene experience that invites users to slow down, explore, and confidently engage with the brand.
